1. Do I need any background or experience?

A: It’s okay for somebody who doesn't have any background in lash lift, you can join our class also, our trainer has experience in lash lift teaching at least 4 years, don’t hesitate if you have any question in the class.

2. What is included in the class I purchased?

A: Training includes a professional kit for 30 clients (The starter kit will yield you about 30 treatments, making you $24,000.), training manual, and certificate of completion issued by YUMI headquarters in France.

3. What can I get after the course?

A: You can get the personal account and password to purchase a YUMI product.

4. How can I join YUMI training?

A: You can purchase at our website or ask Admin to get the purchase link.

5. Can I got discount when I buying YUMI product after join class?

A: YUMI products only allow selling to professional students who have our certificate from France, we didn’t offer an extra discount. But we will have discounts from time to time for our membership, please look forward to our website or official Instagram!

6. I've got a training lash lift at another agency, could I buy YUMI product?

A: YUMI products only allow selling to professional students who have our certificate from France, due to different standards used by other brands whose products are fundamentally very different from ours, we have a strict policy of selling our professional products to those certified with a YUMI Lashes training. We take great pride in the quality of our product as well as the rigorous training that allows proper usage of our products. So we didn't recognize another agency.

7. How many payment methods do you have? Do you do installments?

A: You can choose to do the payment via PayPal or bank transfer. But we do not have installments for now.

8. What if I cannot find models?

A: Please let us know as soon as possible. We can help to post at our official social media.

9. When can I get the certificate after finished training?

A: Since the certificate will ship from France, you can get your certificate in almost 2 weeks after finishing the course. (The actual situation needs to be based on the information of the logistics company)

10. Where is the training address?

A:Careyou Brow Academy for all HK classes. All SG classes location will be disclosed before class.

11. I finished my purchase. What do I need to bring or prepare?

A: Once you have made your payment, please send the following information to our email address certificates@koseasingapore.com:

- Your full name as in passport

- A picture of yourself, where your face can be seen clearly. No need to be passport or visa photo, only needs your face to be easily recognised. Please do not photoshop or edit your pictures too much.

- Your mobile phone number.

- Where applicable: Your salon/shop name, address, contact number, social media sites.

Reminder: Class will be begin at 10:00 am. Please Arrive 10 minutes in advance. You will need to bring 2 models for the class. First model at 13:00-15:30, second model at 15:30-18:00. Models should arrive with no eye makeup on. 

1. How many students are usually in 1 class?

A: We're a small-class-based lecture, with a maximum of 5 people in 1 class.

2. How many hours does the training take?

A: It’s a 1-day training. Class will begin at 10:00 am and finish at 6:00 pm, depending on how well the class is performing.

3. Is it enough experience to start working on clients?

A: Yes! Practicing on 2 models and getting feedback will ensure that you've got the skills down! Some students tend to practice on their loved ones but everyone graduates with the skill to perform the lash lift efficiently!

1. Key notes for our fresh graduates!

A: The account is not transferable and is for one person only. 

  • Every YUMI Lashes certified technician is advised to charge at a minimum of ¥650 HKD per client, $800 HKD for tint.
  • Do not offer any independent training using YUMI products.
  • Do not use YUMI LASHES Inc, or any combination of the name with geographical locations, in your business name.
  • Do not copy, distribute or resell any training materials. 

2. What if I move overseas?

A: You need to contact the area distributor to authenticate your certificate, and you can buy a YUMI product as usual.

3. How can I start promoting my salon?

A: Our official website has a page named “Lash Bookings”, we will add your salon name and location at the website to ensure that customers can locate you easily. If you tag us on socials, we are more than happy to repost your image with full credits and tag your salon.

4. Can I share my account details or buy for my friends?

A: It’s definitely forbidden. The account is not transferable and is for one person only.

5. Where can I download the social media logo?

A: You can find it at our website on the Professional Shop, only available to you!

6. If I paid for my employee's training, but she quits, can I keep purchasing YUMI products?

A: We’re sorry, but the certificate and account is for one person, not one company. We suggest seriously considering candidates to join the training.

1. What is the difference between in-person classes and online classes? 

A: Our online class is more suitable for the person who doesn't have their own salon but want to open in the future. Or even those who want to be careful and avoid COVID-19 or crowded areas.

2. What platform did you use?

A: We conduct the class via ZOOM. You have to download it before the class begins.

3. Did I need to prepare anything before I study?

A: Firstly, you will need to bring 2 models for the class. The first model at 13:45-15:30 and the second model at 15:30-18:00. Models should have no eye makeup on. Secondly, prepare a phone or iPad holder, and confirm our trainer can see your model clearly. Finally, make sure you’re in the stable network environment when class begins. 

4. How long does the training take?

A: Online training will be divided into 3 days. 

On the first day you will be tackling the theory behind the Lash Lift. Please collate any questions you might want to ask our Master Trainer.

On the second day, you will be practicing practical techniques on your 2 models, with live feedback throughout.

The third day will be the review day, where you can revisit techniques to ensure that you've full understood the knowledge you have learnt.   

5. What if I have questions after training ends?

A: If you have any questions after training, please contact our admin or trainer, we will love to help you.   

6. If I do not have any experience at lash lift, can I join the online class?

A: Of course! Our trainer is very experienced! Don’t hesitate to ask your trainer if you have any questions during class.

1. How do I order my products?

A: After the class you will receive an account for you to order on our website. Click on the portal and find the product you need. After you make your order and pay via PayPal, we will ship your order to you within 3 - 4 working days.

2. How long will it take to ship?

A: After your order is confirmed, it will take approximately 1 week to ship from time of dispatch (depending on the logistics company).

3. How can I get my order tracking number?

A: You will receive the tracking email after we create the shipping label. If you cannot find it, please provide your order number to the admin and ask for a tracking number.

4. How much is the minimum purchase to get free shipping?

A: Free shipping with 1500 HKD ordered. 

5. What should I do if I encounter any issues?

A: Please provide your order number for every inquiry about products/shipments.

Any issues must be raised within 5 days after you receive your order.

A: Please contact us immediately, we will check if the order was sent out first. If not, we will change the address for you.

1. What is the difference between the YUMI Restore Mascara and YUMI Growth Serum?

A: YUMI Restore Mascara is based on keratin, and it reinforces, protects, and nourishes lashes. The YUMI Growth Serum is based on Castor oil to make lashes longer. Both of them can make lashes longer, but the YUMI Restore Mascara is more suitable for people who have fragile eyelashes, and growth serum is suitable for all lashes.

2. How different is the YUMI Black Mascara VS ordinary mascara?

A: YUMI Black Mascara doesn't dry lashes out and ensuresmaximum curl, but it wasn't waterproof. It is easy to remove and suitable for people who do lash lifts. As lash experts, we discourage using waterproof mascaras as they contains chemicals that are damaging for the lashes and can cause them to be dry and brittle.

3. I'm having trouble using the new glue.

A: The new glue takes a little bit of practice to get used to, but we're hear to assist you through it all. When it dries it sticks just as good as the old glue and is very secure.

Silicone: Start with about 3-5 drops of glue in your cup. Try without water first.

To stick the silicone on, apply onto the silicone and fan it (you can use your hand, fan 10 times) to make it sticky. Then place onto the eyelid and hold it there using your hand for at least 1 minute so the glue can dry.

Eyelash laying: Try using the glue without water again.

This glue has received great feedback for the lash laying process. Apply with flat brush.

1. YUMI Keratine Restore Mascara和 YUMI Lashes Growth Serum有何不同?
